Since this is the first Mark Group we've had in a while, and some friends from Natural Healing Arts will be joining us, we are expecting a good turnout. Natural Healing Arts is a wellness center supporting healing modalities that focus on the natural healing abilities of the mind, body and spirit.

 

A Mark Group is an interesting three-hour evening designed for meeting people and having fun. Participants can get to know people from many walks of life in a relatively short time, in a safe and controlled environment.   The group is an elementary laboratory in communication. The format includes structured games that make it possible for people to give and receive attention.  A Mark Group is an enjoyable evening of surprising intimacy including an unstructured break with refreshments for less than the price of a movie and popcorn!

Please be on time (doors close 15 after the start of the group).  The comittment to a Mark Group is "$10 or whatever".
